In the event of government enforced lockdowns that impacts your booking, our friendly team will reach out to you about your booking. All pre-paid bookings will be refunded in full, and any credit card captures will not be charged.

What happens to my reservation if it is raining? select-arrow

Please note that we are a weather dependent venue. In the event of rain or extreme weather, we may need to cancel your booking. Our Reservations Team will contact you in advance and do their best to reschedule your booking. If you have a booking no charge will occur on the card provided.

Can I request a specific location in the venue? select-arrow

Our team do take requests for certain seating locations and will do our best to accommodate this for you on the day, however this is not guaranteed. Just make a note in the booking notes if you would like to request a specific area.

Are children allowed? select-arrow

Yes, you are welcome to bring children.

Can I bring my dog? select-arrow

Unfortunately no pets are allowed onboard.

Do you cater for dietary requirements? select-arrow

Our menu has a range of options that can accommodate for vegetarian,vegan and gluten free diets. Please note all dietary requirements when you are placing a booking, or  for any specific dietaries not listed, please reach out to our team to confirm options.

Do you have to make a booking? select-arrow

Bookings can be made via our Book Now link, however we do leave more than enough space for walk in ability.

Is there wheelchair access? select-arrow

Yes, there is wheelchair access to our lower deck.
